This sun is on the entry door to my casa...don't you just love the colors? Mi sol means "my sun" but it is pronounced "My Soul". How appropriate!

Atotonilco Church
Atotonilco has been granted "World Hertiage" status along with San Miguel. It is known for its unusual pilgrimages.The pilgrims come for miles, on their knees, flaggelating all the way. They arrive exhausted and bleeding in an attempt to duplicate Christs journey to Calvery.

It is so nice to keep up with your adventures.. I love the window slide show, they are all so unique. It looks like your photography lessons are really working. All of the photo's capture the feeling of San Miguel..Enjoy your alone time and be careful..

Wow! I am re energized just by the pictures and your literary prose. The bright colors and the happy little ones' faces. They seem so content with so little, while we wallow in discontent with so much ~ wonder what the lesson is there? Keep the pictures and prose coming. It is a great getaway for those of us stateside.
